I am not speaking as anybody with authority, but it seems highly unlikely
the campus is going to use Adobe as its storage solution, whether documents
are signed or not.

Even with the current Creative Cloud license, campus did not choose to sign
on to the storage component - we have Creative Cloud without the cloud.
