Hello Everyone,

EEI has created a Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11.x) upgrade self service offer
that will upgrade a Mac running versions as old as 10.6.8 up to OS X
Yosemite to Mac OS X El Capitan. In order to have access to the offer, you
must have a device that is either running a Berkeley Desktop image or a
device that is managed by EEI with patching and self service enabled. You
will not need administrative rights on your device to run self service
offers.

If you believe you should have access to the self service upgrade offer and
you find you do not, then please contact Campus Shared Services IT.
