Complete a Proof of Concept (POC) for high value opportunities - Identify and research enterprise level, high value Web 2.0 technologies as candidates for POC evaluation - *Develop a Technology Platform POC Proposal (hardware, software, OS, network) to validate and test WEB 2.0 technologies and capabilities* - Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing organization to acquire Web 2.0 technologies for POC - Develop POC use cases and test cases - Include optimization for scale, capacity, connectivity, availability, integration and security - Include consideration for integration with existing clients website functionality and content - Include User Interface and User Experience elements common and critical to web platform - Include considerations for single sign-on and security - Coordinate with appropriate subject matter experts to ensure effective testing and validation - Validate and test the POC technologies - Capture POC outcomes, make recommendations and capture lessons learned - Develop internal client standards as related to Web 2.0 2.
