*Skills Required:*

*(a)  Sr. Level Java EE Developer*

   - *Strong, hands-on experience with implementing Web 2.0 technologies
   (including, but not limited to: wiki, chat, IM, AJAX, RSS, consumer rating
   systems, group collaboration, etc.)*
   - Strong, hands-on experience as a Java EE developer.
   - Specific and demonstrable skills with Java EE 5.
   - *Strong, hands-on experience as a Web 2.0, Portal and similar
   technologies developer.*
   - Strong, hands-on experience with integration of cross-platform,
   cross-application presentation content, workflow, navigation.
   - Strong, hands-on experience with contact center/business applications.
   - *Additional experience with Web Content Management frameworks and
   technologies are a plus (Vignette, Alfresco, etc.).*
   - Strong, hands-on technology product research, validation and testing
   experience
   - Strong, hands-on experience in defining use cases and test cases
   - Strong, hands-on experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel,
   PowerPoint, Visio)
   - Desired, nice to have hands-on experience with Sparx EA and UML

*Specific Work Efforts*

1.  Complete a Proof of Concept (POC) for high value opportunities

   - Identify and research enterprise level, high value Web 2.0 technologies
   as candidates for POC evaluation
   - *Develop a Technology Platform POC Proposal (hardware, software, OS,
   network) to validate and test WEB 2.0 technologies and capabilities*
   - Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing organization to acquire Web 2.0
   technologies for POC
   - Develop POC use cases and test cases
   - Include optimization for scale, capacity, connectivity, availability,
   integration and security
   - Include consideration for integration with existing clients website
    functionality and content
   - Include User Interface and User Experience elements common and critical
   to web platform
   - Include considerations for single sign-on and security
   - Coordinate with appropriate subject matter experts to ensure effective
   testing and validation
   - Validate and test the POC technologies
   - Capture POC outcomes, make recommendations and capture lessons learned
   - Develop internal client standards as related to Web 2.0



2.  Develop an integration strategy with clients website, others (UUI, PPD,
Content Mgt)

   - *Develop a Web 2.0 strategy that integrates presentation content, data,
   SSO and interaction cross-application, cross-platform.*
