Skill Set :
1) Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work
experience
2) Should be proficient in C#, XML,XSL, Webservices.
3) Should have good knowledge in SQL and database design.
4) Candidate should have knowledge in Object Oriented Design, should
have prior experience in design and architecture as well.
5) Good communication skill is a must both verbal and written.
6) Prior experience in leading a team would be favourable.
