JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be involved in designing, programming, and debugging of leading edge data integration software application products on Windows and possibly Solaris, AIX, HP/UX and Linux systems.
REQUIRED
o 3+ years of C/C++ software development experience
o Experience with Windows 2000/XP
o Understanding of
Object-Oriented (OO) languages and tools
o At least 2-3 of the following:
o SQL RDBMS experience
o XML experience
o Experience with COM interfaces and ActiveX components (automation/dual)
o Application Programming Interface (API) development and usability experience
o Strong debugging/diagnostic skills
o Ability to work independently and with a team
o Can learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively
o Must have shipped at least 2 commercial products through multiple releases
o Excellent communication and analytical skills
o Degree in Computer Science or
equivalent
DESIRABLE
o Multi-platform development (Windows, UNIX flavors Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX) desirable
o Experience with Web Services
o Java software development experience
o Java Native Interface (JNI) experience
o Experience with Unicode/encoding
o Familiarity with VB
