Job Description
Responsible for providing customer satisfaction through the delivery of high quality, in depth, responsive customer support. Provides phone and electronic support to developers and end users of client's products.
Responsibilities:
** Identify, investigate and resolve technical issues relating to supporting companys Software products.
** Management of open customer issues.
**
Provide timely documentation of activities related to customer issues.
** Knowledge Base submission.
** Work with Engineering and QE on new product direction, testing, and support
Required
** Minimum 1 year of related practical experience in supporting software and/or hardware
** 1-2 years technical support experience with Windows, NetWare, and Linux
** Professional communication and writing skills
** Some knowledge and experience using relational databases
** Minimum 1-year experience of technical phone support for external customers
** BS degree in computer science or related field
** Required to work on night shifts.
Preferred
- Working knowledge
of SQL a plus
- Networking knowledge a plus
- German speaking a plus
