General Summary
Manages the technical aspects of the most complex projects that are implementing multiple products across multiple application suites.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities/Knowledge
Supports sales activities by developing technical deployment plans and providing estimates for the technical services required for the implementation

Has developed a solid technical knowledge of a majority of products across various platforms and technologies. Has developed knowledge of the various business integration products used across the various application suites.
Accountable for the quality of the technical design and deployment plans across all products being implemented by the customer. Supports and resolves issues around
architecture/deployment plans.
Reviews and manages technical budgets, analyzes and manages project risks
Instrumental in the development of technical resources performs performance reviews and develops training programs
Minimum of 50% travel required.

Recognized subject matter expert. Serves as primary technical contact on highly significant matters relating to products, services, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives
Maintains mastery of existing and emerging technologies, processes, and practices. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories
Typically requires BS/BA or higher in Engineering or Computer Science and more than 10 years of increasingly diverse or complex applications in field of expertise
Scope of Impact/Degree of Independence
May direct large, highly-complex projects or entire small product lines. Translates high-level direction into specific action plans to remedy issues
Contributes to overall strategy development and implements strategies
Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in failure to achieve goals critical to projects or products
Ensures revenue and utilization targets for projects are met
Uses judgment and discretion to determine work priorities, receiving little instruction from others
