X Strong techno - functional background, BE + MBA preffered
X Should have some exposure to ERP systems Financial modules
X Should have experience in systems integration projects
X Excellent analytical and communication skills
X Should have exposure to pre-sales
X Should have led teams of 10-15 team members
X Should have strong estimation and risk management skills
X Should have worked with US customers before
X PMP certification would be a plus
