Skills :
Ability to do consulting from a business standpoint.
Experience in leading a team of consultants, developing consulting process and methodologies
Experience in developing consulting capabilities of individuals and providing mentorship.
Ability to make proposals, conceptualizes solutions, create whitepapers, participate in industry forums.
Ability to do business process mapping and business process improvement exercises using technology as a lever.
High level understanding of technologies in IT domain.
Good exposure to at least one functional domain - CRM, SCM, PLM, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of industry vertical domains - manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, automation and controls
