Yep, Teemu Hukkanen already infomed me about that. I added the missing
file to the package on the web site. I really should set up a
configure/makefile system that would allow me to automatically generate
the source packages. The Midgard library already does that with "make
dist", but other packages are still created manually.
BTW, the Manual now has the structure created for the workshop. There
isn't any content yet, but you can go and take a look at the things that
will be covered by the Manual as it grows.
