Great! Perhaps your work can be used as a basis for other i18n/l10n
tasks for Midgard.

I'll include your patches directly to the Midgard distribution so you
can give a configure option to select the locale you want your Midgard
system to operate in. The localized database (Admin site) can be
included in the data package as an optional midgard-ru.sql file.

Is it OK for you to release your changes under the same license as the
official Midgard packages (LGPL for lib, GPL for midgard-php, X for
admin site)?
