Hmm, I wouldn't think so. In the near future, Midgard will have a
foundation
for installable packages, so things like oohforms can be prepackaged and
just
dropped in. For the time being, you can install oohforms as you would
normally
before Midgard (in the file system) and use it from there. You can still
include
files with PHP when you use Midgard.
