Ok. If you have any questions, just let us know. Both
Jukka and I have been very busy with work stuff for the
last two weeks, but we'll try to catch up with everything
now. There are also other experienced Midgard users on
the list who can probably help.

Yes, the Wget way works quite nicely, but loses
all the dynamic Midgard functionality.
You could also add the actual Midgard database
dump to the CD, and possibly include the version
of Midgard the site was designed for.
There are some initiatives for creating a better
packaging and distribution format, and we will
hopefully see more on that front with the Midgard 2
series.
Of course, this is a very important area, and
all help will be appreciated.
