Ok, this is my two cents worth and also my first active involvement with
the list. Just like a couple of other people around here, I'm still
struggling to get a real grip on Midgard, so having this kind of
problems would be actually looking more like a sci-fi leap in knowledge
and achievements to me, but I know I'll get there sometime, so better be
prepared. ;)

Actually, my company has a fair number of corporate customers who need
*bad* a CDRom dump of their stuff at least two times a year. I know this
is quite a common situation, at least in Italy, and although I can
appreciate (and use, at least for now) the WGet approach, I'd heartily
suggest that Midgard takes care of this in a more elegant and personal
way.
