Sure, it's possible, nothing in Midgard that would prohibit it.
All that would be required is an extra page record for the
frame definition and a few for the frame content.
Just to satisfy my curiousity: why would you want to? One thing
that Midgard neatly solves (for me) is that it gives you all
the functionality of frames without actually using them. A
Good Thing, IMO.
