They're included in every page since they're part of midgard-root.php3

If it weren't for these pesky 'social-life' thingies I'd be at the
dropzone at the dawn of 2000[0]. :)
Oh, wait, this year I'll be in the server room, pacifying the PHBs who
think that the sky is going to fall on their heads come the new year :<
No skydives, no booze.... this ain't living! Good thing I'm only going
to see one of these rollovers in my lifetime[1]. :)
