The manual is available in CVS but it's in SGML so you'll need to make
something printable from it. The Midgard CVS system, set up by Jukka,
does this for me; I really don't know what goes on behind the curtains.
If you want something printable now I'd say your best bet is to
wget (or somesuch) the pages from http://lite.midgard-project.org/manual/
