I think the only encryption problem we have is in
Emile's "Monster RPM" that combines Midgard, Apache 
and mod_ssl into a single package. I guess we could
make a version of it that uses blowfish so that 
it could also be used in the US.

The other place where we use encryption is with
passwords, and that is just the standard libc one
and shouldn't have problems.

I don't think even Midgard 2 will bring any changes
to this. I feel that Midgard can quite safely leave
encryption stuff elsewhere, as normal Apache 
encryption modules can be used with it.
