That's fine if you keep them from binding to the same IP/port combinations.

Have you set up the MidgardDatabase, MidgardUsername and MidgardPassword
directives, either globally or per-vhost? And 212.7 looks suspect: maybe
the errorlog line is clipped but Midgard reports what it gets for the
servername in these lines and 212.7 can't be right.

This is the default database that's used when none other is set up.
You have set up the mysql database?
