This is certainly a good idea. However, I don't have
time to look at building this at the moment. But if
someone else wants to do it, just let me know so I can
provide the permissions needed.
In the meanwhile, we can get started by working on
a normal text file.

Yes, that was pretty much what I had in mind. It
would make the documentation process much easier
as the raw information would be available to
everyone needing it. After that, just some tidying
up and we would have a real manual.
