Yes, I've installed it on a few Solaris hosts. Met some difficulties
but none insurmountable.

midgard.sql has the PHP code but it's not very readable this way
(very compact). You don't need to install Midgard to view it but I
would suggest loading it in mysql nonetheless for clearer access
to it.
