[midgard] Blobserving

The first version of Midgard blobserving is now available as a patch
against the current CVS version at
http://www.midgard-project.org/~emiliano/midgard-1.4b3-blobs.tar.gz

Blobserving will allow management of arbitrary data (text, sounds, images,
whatever) by Midgard.
