I'm having a hard time figuring out what difference between static a active
page types? I have reawd the manual a few times and can't seem to fine
anything about it. I printed it out and had it bound :). So that would be
really cool if someone could explain the difference. What would be even
better if someone else who looked after the manual cut out the reply to this
email and pasted it in the manual. I think under B.4.6 in the manual there
a little mention about it, but I'm still unclear about what it does and how
I would take advantage of either setting.
