I did compile midgard 1.4b3 with site groups enabled in midgard lib.
The password which is set by default by the update script is 
**password. I assumed the ** was a means of denoting that the password
was unencrypted. However, this seems to have some other meaning.

Interesting... how do these delimiters fit into the scope of the 
password information? Is this a means of using different passwords 
to get different views of the system? Perhaps it would be best for
me to lookup some more info on how sitegroups work, however, shouldn't
the admin password work out of the box on a upgrade? 

Luckily, I don't have a huge requirement to do any updates to the 
Midgard sites I host right now, though I would like to resolve this
issue soon.
