Nothing in the errorlog when LogLevel is debug?

hmm there might be if I knew how to debug LogLevel.
The Apache errorlog doesn't have much to say except this
[Tue Apr 18 17:59:48 2000] [error] [client 148.244.101.105] Midgard:
database not defined for cs.wwc.edu
Emile

Where cs.wwc.edu is not suppose to be handled by midgard and does at the
moment display correctly with the help of Apache. It just seems that like
midgard isn't there to pick up when it is suppose to.
