The problem is with the prefix there, it is an integral
part of your Midgard host.

This means that your host can be found from
http://wizard.ucc.ie:8101/admin/

Instead of just:
http://wizard.ucc.ie:8101/


If you want to use the latter, update your host record
to have an empty prefix field:

UPDATE host SET prefix='' WHERE id=1;

The owner field points to a group. The group 0
is Administrator (root) group.
