And surely the PHP binaries?  You'd need to replace them with the Midgard
ones, no?  This is my problem with using vservers.com with Midgard.  It's
otherwise a fantastic service apart from the fact you can't get at the php
binaries that they have their already.

Is there a list around of exactly what sort of things is patched over PHP to
make it work with Midgard?
