Having installed all modules, I'm trying to start apache server, but it complains
about various commands in httpd.conf.

Syntax error on line 386 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'DirectoryIndex', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by module not
included in the server configuration
------
Commenting out one line causes the error to be reported on on another (not necessary
next).
So far commands which it's complained about include Order, TypesConfig, Deny, Allow,
LogFormat...
Any help, please?
