Set LogLevel to debug in httpd.conf and Midgard will tell you what it's
doing. I'd also like to know the contents of the host table and the apache
virtualhost section.

This file is not supposed to be accessed directly and should not in fact
be in your DocumentRoot.

If you've allready protected the rootfile with a Files section the above
