OK this _might_ work but the odds are against it. The browser most likely
will treat this as though you sent the request to an IP address, not an
host name, and omit sending the hostname which Midgard needs.
Use the name of the machine instead.

Yes, it can be whereever apache has access to it, and I advice against
placing it in the documentroot.
