There's another patch to language-scanner that made it to 1.4b3 but
appearantly not to 1.2.5 that ISTR having to do with this problem.

again, that patch now has the fix I mentioned above.
This fix must be in 1.2.5 anyhow.

It isn't wasted effort at all. For one, the in_script patch will be needed
for 1.4 too, and second, if we're not here to help our current users, all
our work is just academic pursuit.
I've seen this mentioned before, both in private mail and on the list.
I'm telling you, if it wasn't for our users we wouldn't be where we are
today. All of you have invested massive amounts of time in us, and believe
me, we do appreciate it.
