[midgard] enconding problem

Hello,

        I have used midgard (1.2.5 russian) with Solaris 2.6 and windows 1250
encoding and everything worked fine. Now I have to migrate on better
machine with solaris 7. I have compiled midgard and everything (have
used new version of mysql) exaclty the same way as before but now I have
encoding problem on dynamic pages. Styles, and static pages showing
windows 1250 correct, but dynamic pages have two characters displayed
wrong.
Any suggestions?
