Just  for  the  information:  In versions newer than 1.2.5 support for
non-latin1  languages  is controlled through Apache configuration file
(directive   MidgardParserLang  russian|latin1).  You  need  use  only
--with-mod_charset=yes  option  to  Midgard/PHP if your Apache version
based  on  mod_charset.  This  way  Midgard (PHP+Apache actually) will
automatically   reencode   all  documents  according  instructions  in
Apache's  config  file.  There  is  no need to add specific options to
Midgard/Lib or mod_midgard in such case.

It looks very good. And I can't find any errors in character handling
-- all Croatian characters look as they should be.
