Hi everybody,
I just stumbled upon midgard, tried the demo
and am somewhat amazed over its functionality
and potential.
My first question is this: My personal site is
hosted with an ISP. The server has PHP
capabilities as well as mySQL. Is it possible
for me to install Midgard via FTP and Telnet
or do I need root access to the actual web
server my site is hosted on? I'm new to the
world of PHP and mySQL but want to get
started with it. I'm an experienced web
designer/developer but may be unfamiliar
with terminology specific to PHP, mySQL
and Unix commands.
Do you think I'll be able to set up the site?
