There's two that I know of: http://www.mi-recordz.com/ and
http://www.envida.nl/ I am involved with the former and have close
relations with the latter so ask around to get a more balanced view. I
know there are more.

There is also 'someone' allready doing Apache hosting. Doesn't seem to
stop new entries to the market :) IOW, there's always room for one more.
And having a regional presence is usually a Good Thing.
