If these 'pages' are purely content-centric, you could set up a topic
tree owned by
the content provider and have him edit that, and have the page record
display the
article data.

Newbie != dummy IMO. I'm terribly ignorant on the topic of quantum
mechanics, for
example. I still think of myself as reasonably intelligent (I can do my
own laces, for
example).
