When you upgrade your database to sitegroups everything will be in
SG0. After that there's a script called sg0migrate at
http://www.midgard-project.org/~emiliano that will move everything but
the example and admin site into a sitegroup of your choice, given that
you haven't deleted or added pages to the example or admin site. The
script is rather blunt but works given this constraint.
