For latest CVS source:
cd midgard-lib
./configure --without-sitegroups
make
make install
cd ../mod_midgard
./configure
make
make install
make conf
cd ../php
./configure [options you're like to use] or just ./setup
make
make install
All packages should follow to configuration of midgard-lib, there is no
need to pass --without-sitegroups to all of them (they are not supporting
it, anyway :-)
