You can leave them as is. I'd pick up midgard/bootstrap, midgard/lib,
midgard/mod, midgard/php and addon/expat-lib. Bootstrap will help you
to get things 'configure-ready'. You can use the instructions in it
for 'lib' for expat-lib too.
