I really liked the Annotations bit, - The PHP manual has this, and it comes up
as soon as it is posted, - If it doesnt get abused, it would be nice to have
this (as well as having it 'editor reviewed').
Another thing that was on my wish list for it was a navigation bar, eg. left
frame a table of contents, right hand side the document - It just makes it
quicker reading and finding documentation.....
