Revision 12320 will most likely break the build on the build server-- I have now verified that it breaks the build on my box. So please do not update to revision 12320.
My apologies for any inconvenience this causes anyone. While working on multiple changes in parallel I committed this thinking that I had run the test suite on it when in fact I had not. So shame on me for not catching this before committing!
