Hi Amit,

We have the holidays configured now but it's not as
detailed as the requirements stated in
http://mifos.org/developers/wiki/HandlingHolidaysForOfficeLevel/.
The previous requirements are in
http://mifos.org/developers/wiki/MifosConfigurationProjectStories#move-fiscal-year-calendar-configuration-data-to-a-separate-config-file.
The holiday rule is specified in the
applicationConfiguration.default.properties and the
entry is
FiscalCalendarRules.ScheduleTypeForMeetingOnHoliday=same_day.
