Ed and Adam and I talked about how to collect ideas for improving the
developer-list, since we have a wide range of topics and may get as many as
400 emails on that list this month.

We talked about making the discussion about the community tools a community
discussion in itself.  I think Ed will put up an initial wiki for that at
some point and that will be a good starting point.

I like Aliya's suggestion to just use the mifos-functional list for mifos
mobile until such time that we get to enhancing the current lists.
