Currently, planning poker is scheduled once a week. After some
internal discussions we've reached a rough consensus that scaling back
the "full group" poker sessions would be a good idea.

We've come to this conclusion because it feels like a decent
calibration has been reached with the group, and assigning complexity
points is becoming smoother and easier. Also, we'll free up three
person-hours (times the number of folks attending per meeting) by
having less frequent meetings.

We'll try out one meeting per month to keep the group calibrated and
help introduce any new team members to the process.

Planning poker will now be the first Thursday of every month at 9am
US/Pacific time. One exception is this month.... there is a conflict
and the meeting will be the 24th instead of tomorrow.
