Hmm, I am not sure how that is handled. I think the best thing to do is 
to test it out on the test server (or on a local one if you have it set 
up),  and see what happens.
The other option would be to add the fees to the principal and make the 
installments based on that. But then, this would mean that the fee would 
also look like principal in the system which will affect the accounting 
aspect of it.
