So I made a report with the BIRT Eclipse plugin and it works wonderfully
from within Eclipse. I uploaded it to the application and tried to run it
and it breaks with the error:

Caused by: Error.DesignFileException.INVALID_XML - 1 errors found!
1.) ( line = 0, tag = null)
org.eclipse.birt.report.model.parser.DesignParserException (code =
Error.DesignParserException.UNSUPPORTED_VERSION, message : The report file
of version "3.2.15" is not supported.)

Then I found on: http://tinyurl.com/6638fz ³You are using a BIRT extension
of Eclipse, instead of the BIRT RCP. Install the RCP.²

Can someone explain why we have to use the RCP (as far as I understand,
doesn¹t that just wrap up an instance of eclipse with the plugin?)? Why
wouldn¹t it work with a report created from the Eclipse plugin?!
