Hey Garry,
Please take a look at the notes in bug 2022. It seems there was an error in
your Chart of Accounts configuration file. There was an item missing for fees.

Can you review Ravi’s comments, see if his comments resolve your solution or
let us know if you have any questions about how to get your GL codes set up for
fees? Please let us know ASAP so we can close this issue off.
