I just notice though that the issue on country and currency still exist. Also
in PPI Configuration, I notice that the available country is "India" ONLY
(Mifos revision 13213) then I wonder why is that when I check the country table
in the database it shows list of countries.

Please take a look at the notes in bug 2022. It seems there was
an error in your Chart of Accounts configuration file. There was an item
missing for fees.
