When changing the center meeting date the client charges are disappearing. It
also appears the client is being marked as being overdue on a client charge,
although its not clear in the transaction history where that charge is.
REPRO:
1. Take a client with re-occuring client fees and has paid fees for a few weeks
2. Change the clients center meeting date
EXPECTED:
Next client charge is shifted to the next date
ACTUAL:
Next client charge disappears and there is an overdue charge shown.
