I have a question about tickets #MIFOS-2726, #MIFOS-2727 and project
description from

Currently implemented mechanism:
1. admin start shutdown procedure
2. after configurable amount of time all users are logged out
As far as I understand project description, at the end the shutdown mechanism
should looks like:
1. admin start shutdown procedure
2. after first configurable amount of time all new logins should be prevented
3. all logged-in users should be notified that shutdown is imminent
4. after second configurable amount of time all users are logged out
Is the above description correct?
What about batch jobs and reports?
